Migdalia – Founder & Head Chef
Originally from Venezuela, Migdalia’s love for food runs deep. She has spent years perfecting her craft and even took a solo two-month culinary journey through South America, immersing herself in the culture and cuisine of each region she visited. Her passion, energy, and dedication to authenticity are at the heart of Orinoco’s menu.
Migdalia is supported by a talented and diverse team of cooks, coordinators, and food lovers—all driven by a shared goal: to create unforgettable meals and experiences for every customer.
